Santiago Argelich Hesse, chairman of the board of Cellnex Poland for almost five years, has stepped down. As of 1 June 2025 the role was taken over by Nuno Carvalhosa, previously CEO of Cellnex Portugal (since 2018) and head of the Western Europe cluster.
Argelich Hesse had led Cellnex Poland since the company entered the Polish market in 2021 and remained with the company until early July to ensure a smooth handover.
