By the end of 2027 every operator must launch a minimum of 3,800 5G sites in the new standard. The pace of delivery varies widely.
Plus has not started construction yet, apart from a symbolic transmitter in Wrocław. Polkomtel is applying to change the terms — it would like to launch transmitters through register entries, at no cost, instead of obtaining radio permits at 3,800 złoty each.
T-Mobile Polska launched 150 sites in December and currently operates 4,667 5G base stations.
For property owners the conclusion is simple: demand for good locations will grow in the coming years. This is a good moment to review the terms of your lease.
